Rosanero

Totò (Salvatore Esposito), a forty-year-old boss of organized crime in Naples, one morning is hit in the chest by a bullet. At that very moment Rosetta (Fabiana Martucci), a ten-year-old fifth grader, falls, head down, off a swing. The girl and the boss are quickly taken to the hospital and successfully operated, but when they wake up from the coma both are changed.
