Quem Matou Laura Paula

Mystery, intrigue, adventure, horror, sex (or the lack of it), satire and lots of humor: the basis for this whole imbroglio, which has a hilarious unfolding. Former PSP agent, now in retirement, Mr. Tó Manel, known in the intricacies of crime as the Poirot of Marco de Canaveses, starts a mind-blowing investigation of the mysterious death of Laura Paula, a nun who's found at the bottom of a ravine, apparently strangled with a cord of onions wrapped around her neck. There's a lot of suspicious people and a lot of confusion in the mix: the bankrupt aristocrat family of the Douro, the Parolos from Quinta da Casa Velha, the Pénys Silvânia Kingdom Castle, the Desperate for sex and of course, the sacred Convento de Queijo Flamengo, where everything happens. Only a brilliant mind can unravel what seems to have been a revenge-motivated crime or something even more complex.
