British Intelligence meets Texas Justice in this white-knuckle action-thriller. A gun-slinging Texas ranger tracks a bank robber across the desert - only to discover he's an international terrorist set on detonating a bomb in the heart of London. When the lawman's partner is killed, he is drawn into partnership with a British intelligence agent and her boss to bring the outlaw to justice - dead or alive.

One Ranger is James Bond, meets any spaghetti Western, you care to name. From beginning to end, this action film, is ridiculous yet undeniably entertaining. Its story is riddled with absurdity and plot holes, in equal measure. That said, its well paced fun too, with lots of over the top gun and fist fights. I will say its a shame we don't see Thomas Jane in more serious, well written roles. He's a more than decent actor. So much so, he even manages to lend a certain credibility to the seriously overcooked, Ranger character. In summary, an utterly ridiculous but nonetheless, watchable, action flick.
