Becoming the Night: A Nightwing Story

The year is 2034. Batman Incorporated is the leading body of government in the United States due to the lack of judgement by the American people. Meta-humans are now a rare breed, their powers are being stricken with mandatory vaccines, chemical-tainted food and water. Damian Morris is the head of Batman INC since Bruce Wayne chose to leave decades prior to watch over a fellow superhero's (Nightwing's) son after a promise he made before his former partner's death. Damian has a hidden agenda along with jealousy and resentment towards Bruce, causing him to imprison the boy, whom Bruce abandoned his company for. Now a grown man with a family and sentenced to death in prison, the boy that Bruce once watched over from afar needs him more than ever- leading the now grown man to make a decision; to follow in his laid-to-rest father's footsteps or make his own path.
